Back blip:

Went down to Bristol to see Tasha's graduation show. She has been studying Graphic Design and is about to graduate (results imminent!!!)

Following on from yesterdays thoughts, it's so wonderful to watch your children become the people they are. Growing and developing from that kernel of self which was always inside them. Tash was always drawing and painting, always had her own unique view of the world, always able to see things from a new angle .....now she is on the brink of new adventures .....

The photo's on the right were part of her final project which was about Junk, reusing "junk" to create something new or to use in a different way. The photo's were taken with a lens attachment she made from broken pieces of an old dressing table mirror which used to belong to my Mum. The effect is like a kaleidoscope. Amazing. She used it for both videos and photos. More about it here if interested.

Both my children are on the threshold of new phases in their lives ..... I feel so proud of them both for getting to where they are and being themselves....
