Peace

After yesterday’s dramatic event, today was a mostly sunny, peaceful and calm day.  I spent the day painting and managed to put a second coat on all the walls downstairs.  All that’s left to do now (laundry excepted, but that’s for another day) is to paint the skirting boards and the door frames.  MrMacD spent the day out in the garden planting and weeding.

The only photo I took today was of a beautiful pinky lilac rhododendron flower.
