Wet walks this morning. 

An afternoon of sorting and boxing. Gosh it's overwhelming. 21 yrs of stuff accumulated! 

Met with builder tonight. Someone our friends used. He's already given us a rough quote so now he's seen the house he can go away and tweak it. It all sounds positive and good timescales and we can leave the existing kitchen as is and build up around it which is a big relief (won't be living in one room). Feeling quite excited by it all now!
