Amazing nights sleep, much recharged. 

A surprisingly warm and dry Wellness Walk today at Workington. 
Parts of the area are, to put it mildly, very very depressed. But it was good to natter and learn more about the area's amazing industrial heritage and the oh so sad decline of both it and the UKs fishing industry.
