Bullet Journal
I recently discovered bullet journals and I’ve decided they might be something of benefit to me as I work on improving my mental health. Even if I never actually complete the journal part I’m feeling the benefit of just creating the different pages. I think it’s helping me really think about what is important and what isn’t.
