Washed..

… ready for drying, ironing and then the next occasion. And a bit of an EB!

We had an early call from the hospital to say Jenny was being discharged in an hour and then it was hot foot to Jenny’s accommodation. She’s delighted to be home and has accepted some of the care package offered her but there is much to navigate and negotiate. The carer we met was lovely and would be back twice more today. Sadly off on leave tomorrow so a new face for Jenny then but back on Sunday. We were able to provide a lunch and dinner for today and will do a shop tomorrow.

Even I will say it’s been a busy few weeks. Usually I prefer to say full. And so far so good for Valerie after today’s chemo!
