Out of reach

Why do they always sit in a corner I can't reach. Taunting me I'm sure 
A rotten day but not as wet as expected so far however the wind is really scary and very noisy. Chance of sleep, minimal. Builders gate will not survive the night I'm sure. Feel for the people in the 'red zone' must be awful
