The Last Rose Of Summer

Certainly off this shrub, Scarborough Fair. There are one or two other roses hanging on. They all need a hard prune, but I haven't been able to get on the garden because it is too wet.

The sun did attempt to make a brief appearance this morning, but then at lunch time we had a short sharp shower, which I was pleased about as the firm had been in to give my grass a spray to hopefully kill off the leatherjackets. Dom will be back at the end of the month to do the winter feed. on the two small lawns.
