I don’t think the 2 year old could manage to reach the ceiling.

My lady collecting hats turned up three hours early today… unfortunately I didn’t have time to photograph it! She promised me photos from the wedding, as I’ve made one for three of the guests and it is at a very posh club in Mayfair!
