Circles

I received a text advising that I would get a call about my complaint today.  It came at 5pm and was essentially to advise that 11 days after they passed it on, it had been passed back to them but they could not contact anyone to find out why and would therefore have to look at in on their next working day which would be 14 days after it was passed on. 

They also said I might need to raise a new order.  It seems that I am the only one for whom it is an issue as all around me my neighbours are.
