It finally stopped raining about 7:30 am this morning & so I went down to the local market for some fruit & veg. A quick drive in the gloom gave me this little owl. It let me watch for quite a while & it seemed quite sleepy. It then woke up and started to hunt for food. It landed very close & then flew much further away. Very nice too!
