Fakenham

No faking from me - all of the following is true

Caught the bus into Hunstanton this morning and walked the Norfolk Coastal path to Thornham - very pleasant.

This afternoon we caught yet another bus - I've now bought a bus pass - to Fakenham - where we came across this water mill on the River Wensum

Our accommodation at Thornham is quaint and *olde worldy* - ie if you're over 6 foot tall you bang your head on the beams - the doors are in the most surprising places - and the pipes bang and clank.

Marco Pierre White - he of the celebrity chef fame - owns the premises. His main fine dining establishment is less than a mile down the road.

Wonder if he'll pop in to see us tonight - better not hold my breath
