witchy tree

A tree, dead I think though maybe not, in the marshes alongside the Ría de Villaviciosa.
 I´m posting an extra as well, a snatched photo of a bird that Google Lens says is a spoonbill. I´m doubtful because those black patches look to me to be part of the bird, not created by the photo; and I haven´t found a reference to a spoonbill with black markings. Does anyone know anything?
