More progress...

It's parkrunday... It was 24 degrees at 7:00am when parkrun started this morning so it was very warm...
When we got back I went back to bed to lay down and rest because I had a stitch or something on my right side and it wasn't budging... By 2pm it had gone so I thought I'd get up and do something, it wasn't my intention to do this but it happened... Afterwards I went back to rest again...
