Sunshine

A beautiful day and happy to prepare a picnic and take a drive out for a few hours. A pair of Stonechats enjoyed the sunshine as did we. A few deer to be seen, buzzards, mallards, herons and a good number of small birds. Our neighbour spotted three bull finch in the garden this morning.

The view over Loch na Keal looked perfect and the short walk after eating felt warm. This evening there is a folk group, Assynt, playing in the village hall, fingers crossed they are on Mull after all the ferry disruptions.
