When you don't notice.....

....the dirty spot on the window!  Dark skies and a tiny bit of sunshine this afternoon.  Struggling a bit at the moment.  Spent an hour trying to 'chat' with BT about our internet but they would not accept that R is the account holder and I am not.  In the end they just cut us off so it'll be back to start again on Monday no doubt.  Such a waste of time.  Who would anyone recommend as an alternative......?
