Pullpush
As this is a guest bathroom that we've never personally used, and the door opens inwards up against a wall, I've never noticed that the door has a push plate on the pull side (which has been painted over multiple times rather than bother to remove the four screws).
This reinforces the theory that some doors have been re-used / reversed over time; hence some keyholes being up-side-down.
We've not even convinced this entire doorway is original as the room was obviously split into two in the past (1970s we think), and the other part looks much more like an original entry point.
And yes. I have another dollock to peel.
