Boat

The weather was still marginal this morning and the boatyard advised us not to set out until 10.30am but it went ok from there, if rainy.

We went the length of Loch Ness to Fort Augustus and moored up there for the night.

We saw another boat that ran aground!

We had a wander about town including a cake in a cafe, and we spent ages at a glass blowing shop where a very kind artist explained the technique to CyclopsJnr then when he decided to buy a glass Nessie she made it in front of him. He loved it.

We finished the day by getting some fish and chips to eat on our boat, which was a request by CyclopsJnr as he remembered we did this two years ago when we were last here.
