Irish Tea Breac...!!

Well my ‘take’ on it anyway..!!
Tea and whiskey obviously but I’m not a fan of over spiced cake of any kind ...so I tend to stick with vanilla & lemon rind flavouring with just a few grates of nutmeg...!
It’s completely fat-free that’s why I have lots of butter on mine..
It’s more like a fruit bread really...
A visit from the Son this weekend so there had to be lots of baking...!!
