Ashton windmill

Ashton windmill near chapel Allerton , Somerset. The mill was near derelict a few years ago but local villagers have organised a programme of repairs and restoration. It is over 200 years old and every part of it is in working order but not used it was an old flour mill. The top photo is the view from the front, the bottom one a view from the back. To the left of the windmill was a lovely footpath. All set in a lovely setting. The weather today has been lovely but very very windy.
