Roy has decided..

he needs to get a bit fitter, he doesn't fancy the idea of cycling round Quesada, as it is quite hilly, so we bought this gadget that fits onto the back wheel of the bike, effectively turning it into an exercise bike. He can spend 10 minutes a day peddling to his hearts content.

He is however, a typical man!! doesn't read instruction manuals. He assumed that because it was assembled all we needed to do was put the bike into the bracket, which he did. He then got me to try it and it wasn't very stable. I then looked at the instruction manual to find the dynamo hadn't been assembled in the correct way, so I disassembled it, and put it back together correctly, I got him to try it and the bike was as solid as a rock in the brackets.

Back blipped yesterday.
