Saltburn Pier

L and I walked around Saltburn with my sister. First down to the beach, where the tide was out and we walked out across the sand. Then inland, where I saw a Kingfisher on the Skelton Beck. The others only glimpsed it as it flew away so we walked back to try and see it again. We had no luck and so re-traced our steps. J and L were ahead of me and so missed the Kingfisher again when it flew out of a bush and headed upstream. In the afternoon we went round the shops and then had another evening meal up at J's house.
