Boston Bob

Bob has just completed the Ironman 70.3 in Wilmington. 1+ mile swim in the ocean, 53 mile bike ride and a half marathon. He is Jon's co-worker from the Boston area and flies down to participate. He is also 36 years in recovery and an awesome recovery coach. He does about 3 of these a year and is 62 years young. What great energy at the finish line, so many determined people, such a perfect day except for a headwind on the bike ride.
