Turnips

I have been dreaming about turnips since Korea. I want to make them into a type of kimchi and ferment some after dying them in a little beetroot juice. Just like Mrs Son told me. I wonder if I should make them into star, circle, or flower shapes... although that's perhaps a step too far.

The sun returned today, although the temperature dropped. I am so glad to be back in the allotment. There's still much to harvest.

The girl did her first ever 10k today. She had such a beaming smile on her face as she crossed the finish line. She is a clever girl!
