Endings

All the best stories have a good ending, but the truly great stories start with a new beginning. 

So that's the end of this cohort's first training weekend. Like any good program we're evolving our recruitment, our design and our delivery - so I think it's OK to feel this has been the best one yet.
Now they have a solid skills foundation to build on and lots and lots of enthusiasm to make it happen  - that makes for a pretty good beginning :-)
