Went to Mothecombe for a swim with G today.. she was the instigator of me putting my toe into cold water immersion, in June 2020.. she & her husband are a bit older than me & were my closest neighbours when I moved from Hampshire to Devon, in December 2019 ~ they have been plunging into rivers & the sea for years..!

I forgot to take my phone down to the beach & so this was taken afterwards, looking towards the Erme estuary, on the other side of the hill..
