Lovely hack on Lime with Eva and Jack this morning. The woods were lovely and calm and peaceful. Jack's shoe was clinging on for dear life but then when we turned out he rolled and did a big buck and managed to half rip it off. Had to pull it off completely and unfortunately there was still a nail in his hoof. Had to run back to the yard and get some tools and luckily managed to get it out as it was very painful for him. Just hope he doesn't get an abscess now . 

Met up with my family for dinner half way between our houses. Not seen mum in ages and was great to see everyone. Really lovely pub and top food.
