Roasted Aubergine with saffron yogurt

Killerqueen was well chuffed with her veggie option last night.
Eubers cooked up an amazing meal for us all. The carnivores dined on slices of butterflied pork fillet with a pepper sauce, sprouting purple broccoli and creamy mashed potatoes.
But we couldn’t also help diving into Killerqueen’s roasted veg and couscous as extra sides!
Well done Eubers - on top form last night.
That might just be the last big meal cooked in the existing kitchen’
