Frosty Morning, Echinacea

Mister F and I set off for the allotment bright and early this morning. Frost was on the ground. The main tasks were harvesting the rest of the apples and deciding where we would site the three new fruit trees.

To the Royal Infirmary in the afternoon for a checkup and x-ray of my elbow following the radial head replacement operation. The doc's happy with the progress and I go back again in six weeks for another x-ray and checkup.  The physio added another exercise to my daily programme so now I'll do three types four times a day.
