Birds

Birds on the walkway.  I think the black one is a comorant.  A pleasant walk round  the Heritage loch.
I got my vaccinations today.  They weren't  going to give me them as my INR was up in Monday but I told them I had reduced the warfarin and they would be okay. One of the nurses agreed to do them.
