Lovely Architecture above Costa Coffee

I was sitting at the window in Nero's Cafe in Sauchiehall Street, when I noticed that the above building across the way is very splendid Architecture.

It is at the corner of Cambridge Street and Sauchiehal Street above Costa Coffee.
