After Nordic walking…

Alison and I had a good walk + run this morning and then stopped for a coffee in the pitch n’ putt café. We watched a group doing a wind down exercise after finishing a Nordic walk where you walk using two poles. I snuck a photo of these three also ending with a coffee. We took details of the group. Alison was especially interested.

We visited Jenny later. She’s finding it so hard to be dependent on her carers and her increasing dementia gives for sad moments.
