Avian marauders

I love all Australian birds …. with two exceptions, the Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo and these characters. As a group they wander into the yard pretending to be something of similar appearance like a Crow, a Currawong or even a magpie but then proceed to rip up any seedlings and wreak as much havoc in the veggie garden as possible. It’s the WHITE-WINGED CHOUGH !!
It also pays to be vigilant when having a picnic or enjoying an al fresco lunch at Megalong Tearooms as these characters are not at all discerning about what they pinch off your plate.
