Now, as I see it......

From the side window

We have a small balcony and a window on the side of our flat which overlooks the entrance to the harbour.  My main shot and both of the extras were all taken from the window and balcony but at different times of the day.  The Camel Estuary has several sand banks which are uncovered at low tide; the well known one is the Doom Bar at the entrance to the estuary, which has claimed many a shipwreck over the years and has been immortalised in the name of a local beer.  The sandbank outside the harbour is the 'Town Bar' and the channels around need constant dredging to keep them clear.  There is a dredger which goes up and down from time to time but this digger seems to be constantly working on one section of the channel or another.

In the extras, at mid morning a group were on the Town Bar at low tide waiting for a sailing expedition, and a view through the window when I got up this morning.
