Still flowering

The cosmos are still flowering and tomorrow there will be a morning glory.

I woke with a severe pain in my lower back. Having called the doctor I was asked to come in. In theory I have a kidney stone so I have some pain killers with instructions to drink a lot. This pain is most unpleasant.

I was meant to be going to Nigel’s for dinner but I’m not much fun at the moment so I’ve declined.

I’m aiming to feel better tomorrow.
