More walks!

Even in the damp!

Ben and Leo decided (apparently collectively) that it was 4:45am for a wake up today :-/  At least we're sleeping through though. We had a walk in the morning (see photo.. so pretty) and lunch at home before a potter in Penrith, jobs done etc.  There was a fire engine toy on sale in the Argos store for £15 and Ben was asking about it and he was so delighted when we bought it for him.  It even brought a smile to the grumpy old man waiting for his collection, fun when joy is contagious!  
We picked up take away coffee and cake on the way home and then had another mini walk.  I'm loving exploring the area. Ben has played with his fire engine and Leo is still a bit barky but starting to find comfy places to settle here.
I had a sleep after Ben's tea as I was shattered and mildly concerned I might not make it to bedtime! Mr KCNQ2Haiku held the fort.
Now it's time for burgers and wine :-) That should wake me up!
