Colourful

Last of the blue flowers & the leaves have turned lovely autumnal reds before it dies back. Can't remember what it's called.

Insomnia has struck a few nights, not all in a row though, so taking it easy today.

Can really knock confidence in getting anything done, trying not to let panic set in. Hope to get back on track. And not avoid everything!

Got a washing done, drying on the clothes horse next to the hall radiator.
