Before and after - pizza with a cauliflower base

I worked on my Blurb book for most of the day then made this pizza for our supper. Its base is blitzed cauliflower with ground almonds, oregano and egg. Topping was a tomato sauce with garlic, then grated Parmesan and on top was previously roasted aubergine and red onion, with basil and mozzarella with a grinding of chilli flakes on top. Mr C said he prefers his cauliflower in chunks. And pizza with dough.

Jo and I FaceTimed - we are not often home at the same time. She’s had the most amazing adventure at the Eagle Festival in Mongolia. She and her son organised it with a local company and stayed in a yurt with a family in the middle of nowhere. Next week she is off to India. She’s coming to see her son in York in January and wants to meet up. She says I go to lots of interesting cultural events so maybe I can find something on in Newcastle or Edinburgh. Anyone know of something on in Edinburgh between 14-24 January?!!! Turner but anything else? (Sage - now Glasshouse - has Glen Miller or Stravinsky).
