Instant flu

And covid - went for jags today at midday* then home for lunch and a rest with swollen arms a slight top headache and aching neck.
*on the way a tip trip with garden weeds and dead stuff.
By evening enjoyed a revived (me and meal) beef daub etc and a glass of Iberian red and back to bed @ 10 pm.
Did manage this quick blip photo in the garden rockery and drag out the refuse bin to the roadside.
