Surprises

Life is full of surprises. I went from Covid recovery to a spike in blood pressure which landed me in the emergency room last night where I received medication to bring it down. I’d been tracking my BP and the medication had been ordered by my doctor. “A day late and a dollar short, “ as the saying goes. So grateful to have health care, and be on the mend. Aging is not for the faint of heart.
