Smoke-free

After work, I met Kathy at her parents place and off we go to Lola Pacing's wake at Sta. Ana. It has been a very rough night - heavy rains, flooded streets, non-moving traffic.

Also, as of 5:00 PM, today. after 15 years, I'm officially nicotine-free.Ü My lungs must be celebrating with all the fresh air it's inhaling right now. The real challenge now is keeping it smoke-free. I constantly crave for a cigar. I feel weak and nauseous, I also have a nagging headache that won't go away after I stopped smoking. I know this are all temporary and will be over in 2 weeks - hopefully.
