Apple glut activity

The glut of apples continues. The pile of damaged apples is going down, but I know that there are still lots left in the garage. Today I made another cake. This one is called Country Apple cake and has cinnamon, mixed spice and ginger in it. Mr D has been making wine (see extras). He did consider trying cider, but apparently you need certain varieties to be successful.
