Long boring day today broken up by an attempt to photograph fires......unsuccessfully! If anyone has any suggestions on capturing the heart of the fire along with the fireplace I'd be grateful.

Tough circuits tonight, then managed to knock 4mins off our run/walk time tonight, think my mate might hate me.....oh so do my legs ouch!!!!
