Foxy Gin

Another dreich day. A day for staying in and being warm.  Pat does like her gin and she has a group of girlfriends who share her passion. It is the subject of much FaceTime debate.

There are many gin distillery in Scotland and the rest of Great Britain. There are also many distilleries located in many other countries around the globe.

What to do with the empty bottles. They are all very different in shape and in glass colour. Pat has retained the majority of empty bottles. 

This particular bottle is now a light in the shape of the cork. The battery is recharged using a USB socket.

The weather remains dreich and damp.

Today, I am busy restoring a failed disc drive my Mac Pro. Still in use after some fourteen years and completely different from the original thanks to many upgrades.

It is equipped with six hard discs. All solid state drives. I suspect that the failure of one can be put down to the numerous power cuts we have had recently.
