Wine in the planning

With retirement looming ever closer and a recent trip to a beer festival, I have been thinking of resuming my beer and wine making after a long absence. The Elderberry tree is great, a lovely aromatic white elderflower wine or a deep fruity elderberry. On my walks with the dog I have also identified Hawthorn and Rowan so blends become feasible! As for beer, well I will dig out my recipe book, if it still exists. However, Dungeons and Dragons will not be revived!!!!!
