If only we had known.

This photo is of Mark 12 years ago while in the NICU.
Today I went on his last ever primary school trip.
He has grown into a lovely caring boy who is clever, friendly and a delight to be around. (Granted the teenage hormones are yet to kick in)

One of the hardest things I have ever had to do us hand this wee lad over to a young Dr so she could take him to the NICU.

This young man has truly been a gift which we continue to enjoy.
