It was pouring with rain as we set off to Stourhead this morning to meet up with my cousin R and her husband K for a coffee & a natter as they broke their journey from Devon back to Hampshire.
I decided it would be a great opportunity to practice the bad weather lesson from Emma Davies’ flower photography course. As it turned out, we spent over 2 hours chatting over lunch and by the time we said our goodbyes, the rain had stopped and the sun was trying to shine!
It's only been 5 days since we were there last but the colours have been developed considerably in that time.
