Tessa and the Quiz

Today's the day . . . . . . . . . . . to find the answers

A visit today for us girls, to the Isle of Arran Heritage Museum on the outskirts of Brodick.

Originally the site of a small school, the present group of buildings were a croft and smiddy and include a farmhouse, cottage, bothy, milk house, laundry, stable, coach house and harness room.  The exhibits reflect the social history, archaeology and geology of the island.  This is Tessa, deeply engrossed in the Children's Quiz - which was actually quite complicated ( and therefore right up her street!)

Meanwhile, Rob was on his way up Goatfell - Arran's highest peak.  Will had left on the morning ferry with Tim, Melanie and Dominic, who had to return home today.  Will is at a meeting tomorrow - but he will return here late afternoon for our last few days on Arran . . . . . . . . . .
