A Tough Day

............ it was mum’s funeral today and I found it really hard. Nothing went wrong and she would have been pleased that the sun shone for her but it’s a day that will live in my memory for ever.
This beautiful floral display was sent by one of her former carers who used to visit her at home before she needed to go into the care home, and grew quite attached to her, she even came to the funeral, which was lovely - we were so grateful for all the kind care she gave mum, so it was nice to be able to thank her in person.
