I didn’t take any pics today I was quite busy with getting last min holiday stuff .

I’ve been thinking a lot of Mum today as this will be our first trip away without making sure she had everything she needed and instructions of to behave while we were away.  Saying bye and a hug at her door.  Texting her to say on the plane, then texting to say we’ve arrived.  All the pics of where we are.  Like she was living through our hols with us.  Looking for a nice fridge magnet for her to take back.

Anyway, I’m packed and just off to bed for an early start, 3:30!

This is Christmas Day 2022.  Mum was at Laura’s as we had the bloody Covid.  We didn’t even get a last Christmas all together.  Ben got a drum kit as he’s mad on drums and of course mum had to have a go.  Always game for anything fun.
